Dear Natasha: Your French Apple Tart is a delight, but I understand your concern about the fat content. Phyllo dough made a nice crust that was lighter than the puff pastry. Also, I decreased the butter in the apple mixture without any loss in flavor. The tart has a pleasing flavor on its own, but serving the sauce along with it will add 152 calories and no fat per serving.
