FINANCE:
James Faulstich has been elected to the board of directors for Continental Savings Bank. Faulstich retired earlier this year as president and CEO of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle. Also, Esther Davis has been promoted to assistant vice president and manager of Continental's Ballard/Crown Hill branch.
