Our travel plans to Cape Cod had not included a sunny weekend of staking out the Kennedy compound overlooking the sparkling blue waters of Nantucket Sound.
But, of course, that's what happened after my wife, Sherry, clicked on the TV in our hotel room and said, ``Hey, you'd better come look at this.''
Before journalistic duty called, however, we had explored other parts of the scenic peninsula that extends 70 miles into the Atlantic. There's much more to the cape than the exclusive Kennedy enclave, a cluster of white clapboard houses that served as a TV backdrop after John F. Kennedy Jr.'s private plane disappeared into the waters off the nearby island ...
