One of Africa's most glorious and powerful 19th-century kingdoms moved elegantly into the 21st century yesterday as its king wed a U.S.-educated public relations expert.
With thousands looking on, Buganda King Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II married Sylvia Luswata in an Anglican cathedral overlooking the Ugandan capital of Kampala.
