Anyone shocked by the notion that the FBI might have withheld damning evidence about the Waco disaster has apparently never heard of Ruby Ridge.
If some of the key names mentioned during the recent interest in the April 19, 1993, conflagration sound familiar it's because we've heard them before.
Eight months before the fire at the Branch Davidian compound in Waco there was the shootout on Ruby Ridge.
The Waco disaster came on the fourth day of the murder and conspiracy trial of Randy Weaver and Kevin Harris (whom the jury acquitted on all major charges). The judge in that trial instructed jurors not to watch, listen to or read any news reports ...
