It didn't take long for this ``dot com'' to grab attention.
Hours after police fired tear gas and rubber pellets in his Capitol Hill neighborhood, Charlie Hamilton answered back with www.capitol-hill .com.
Soon his neighbors began double-clicking to vent their frustration and to tell their stories.
They signed on, tuned in and mouthed off - at the police, at the mayor, at the vandals, even at each other.
Some called for Chief Norm Stamper's resignation, though one yesterday blamed protesters for destroying Stamper's career.
Whatever the agenda - and there were many - the Web site quickly became part of a growing community ...
