Make something! Create something! Express yourself! Make a cake. Make a wish. Make a pun. Make a difference. There can be very satisfying fulfillment through personal expression. Enjoyment can come from taking initiative and seeing projects through to completion.
Much of the stress we have is the result of frustrated or forced actions. Sometimes, our jobs feel like drudgery. Heavy traffic, cranky clients, and long tedious days can take an emotional toll on us. We feel drained when we get home from work.
