PHILADELPHIA, Aug. 16 /PRNewswire/ --
The Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) is joining with First Union Bank in a new program to bring personal finance seminars to public housing residents. The partnership was announced today by PHA Executive Director Carl R. Greene and David Newell, Senior Vice President of Public Affairs at First Union Bank.
The first "Gearing up for Financial Security" will take place on Thursday, August 17 from 1-3 p.m. at the Germantown House Community Room at 5457 Wayne Avenue.
