New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) commissioner Richard T. Roberts today announced an educational partnership with Baruch College's Steven L. Newman Real Estate Institute and the college's division of continuing studies that provides opportunities for employees of the City's housing agency to enhance their job skills. Through the "HPD Learning Center" program, employees can earn a certificate degree in real estate or enroll in individual courses covering a range of topics.
A limited number of full scholarships will be available to employees who enroll in the certificate program, with free individual classes available to ...
