MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 21 /PRNewswire/ --
Eschelon Telecom, Inc., a Minneapolis-based Integrated Communications Provider (ICP), announced today the appointment of Richard A. Smith, Eschelon's President and Chief Operating Officer, to its Board of Directors. This decision was ratified at Eschelon's Annual Shareholders Meeting on August 10, 2000.
