The first report card for Kelly Educational Staffing - the substitute teaching service of Troy-based Kelly Services Inc. - is in, and the company is getting an ``A'' from some clients. But Kelly says the upcoming school year will be a more important test.
Since launching the program in October, Kelly has expanded the number of districts where it provides subs. It's gone from 10 to more than 300 in about 20 states.
``We are about where we thought we would be,'' said Carl Camden, executive vice president of operations. ``This school year will tell the story for the product.''
