Molly Maid Inc., the Ann Arbor-based cleaning company, has two: one for consumers and another to help it communicate with Molly Maid franchise owners.

John Eggenberger, director of communications for Molly Maid, said the company started its franchise site in 1997 as a way to maintain consistency among its 547 franchises around the world.

Franchise owners can download Molly Maid's proprietary software, order supplies and advertising materials, and access links to a variety of sites.
