At their council meeting on 5th July, members of the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) elected John Tiner of Arthur Andersen, as their new vice-president. Tiner, Global Head of Financial Services at Arthur Andersen, will support current president Brian Tash of Pannell Kerr Forster until March 2001 when he will become president.
