Christopher Brown, owner, operator and sole benchman at Little Feather Leatherworks, sent me a letter that said, "I'm sending you this package partly as a shameless quest for attention and partly because my customers believe you and I must conspire against those manufacturers of senseless gun gear." I liked him immediately.
His leather is stunning. When I first saw it, I thought it was a detail molded, carefully air-brushed synthetic material of some kind and, wonder of wonders, it smelled just like leather. I wondered how he managed that, until I realized it was real, actual, honest leather.
