Gennifer Flowers, the Arkansas cabaret singer whose assertions of a lengthy sexual affair shook up Bill Clinton's presidential campaign six years ago, said yesterday she felt vindicated.
``I've been accused of a lot of things, but I knew I was telling the truth,'' Flowers said in an interview with the syndicated news program American Journal.
According to reports by the Washington Post and CNN, Clinton admitted during his deposition Saturday in the Paula Jones lawsuit that he had had, in the past, a brief sexual relationship with Flowers.
