`LOUNGE LIZARDS' SERVES UP SOME HILARIOUS, IF INCONSISTENT, MONOLOGUES.(Entertainment)(Review)

Celebrating its 10th anniversary, David Koch's Cabaret de Paris has presented some of Seattle's funniest original revues, including the popular ``Doctors and Diseases,'' ``Waiter, There's a Slug in My Latte'' and ``Forbidden Xmas.''

The tiny cabaret stage, in the Crepe de Paris restaurant on the second level of Rainier Square, has also become the premier venue for showcasing the city's most talented musical theater performers.

The Cabaret's season opener, ``Lounge Lizards,'' is a vehicle for two rising stars, Sandra Singler and Kevin Kent.

Set in the fictional Chameleon Club, ``a small piano bar off the beaten track,'' the show presents the chameleonlike Singler ...
