Is a performance hall, ice arena, swimming pool and a minor league baseball stadium in Kitsap County's future?
County commissioners and their new parks director, Cristofer Gears, want to find out.
They have named a 12-member citizens' advisory committee to explore the possibilities, including the creation of a public-facilities district to build and manage any new structures.
``There are a number of people in this county who want a number of different things,'' said County Commissioner Chris Endresen. ``There are people who want a stadium, people who want an ice rink, people who want a new performance hall.
