State Supreme Court Justice Richard Sanders will not cooperate with the King County Bar Association in its judicial candidate ratings, but the association might judge him without his help.
Sanders, the court's most controversial member, said he thinks the bar is biased, and sent it a letter refusing to take part in its ratings.
``Once burned, twice learned,'' remarked the jurist, alluding to the ``not qualified'' rating the bar gave him in his successful 1995 campaign to unseat Justice Rosselle Pekelis.
