The union for Boeing engineers in California said it filed a complaint at the National Labor Relations Board earlier this week because its members have not been put into The Boeing Co.'s ShareValue Trust incentive plan.
The union, the Southern California Professional Engineering Association, said the complaint concerns its 5,000 members formerly employed by McDonnell Douglas. They lost that company's incentive plan, which in a good year could add an extra two weeks' pay ...
