The student-run Experimental College, which for 29 years has dished up an eclectic smorgasbord of low-cost courses, will temporarily shut down.
But some of its instructors, who teach courses that include homemade beer making, socially responsible investing and ``enhancing your aura,'' fear it may be curtains.
The Board of Control, a governing body for the Associated Students of the University of Washington, voted last week to shutter the school for the spring and summer quarters. The college offers its potpourri of courses in homes, business and on campus.
