The only noteworthy thing about the Disney basketball comedy, ``The Sixth Man,'' is its local angle: it was partially filmed here, and it deals with a burlesque version of the University of Washington basketball team.
Otherwise, it's a forgettable blend of heavenly comedy, ``Mask''-like special effects and ``Rocky''-type cliches that is alternately slapsticky, trashy and maudlin.
It's about the Tyler brothers, Kenny (Marlon Wayans) and Antoine (Kadeem Hardison), who have been the closest of friends all their lives and are now the dynamic duo of the Husky basketball team.
