Harbor Properties Inc. of Seattle, has agreed in principle to take a minority interest in R.D. Merrill Co.'s Arrowleaf Resort project in the Methow Valley, said Merrill's chairman, Charles Wright.
Harbor Properties will take over as project manager from Lowe Development, which declined to invest capital in the project, Wright said. Harbor Properties is owned by the Bullitt family, and has been in business since 1928. It owns and manages Stevens Pass.
