All you need to predict earthquakes are tide tables and the Post-Intelligencer classified ads, says geologist Jim Berkland.
Berkland warned on June 13 over KPLZ radio that a quake of 3.5 to 5.5 magnitude would hit the Puget Sound area sometime between June 20 and 27.
He was right.
It's another vindication for the man who complained yesterday that other scientists have derided him as a ``clown,'' a kind of quake quack.
