With Oregon having pulled some fur from the hide of the Washington Huskies, the focus around the UW this week is never more centered. It's all about getting to the Rose Bowl Jan. 1.
And no wonder: In the strange, strange business of college athletics, a piece of the Huskies' postseason fate if they don't end up in Pasadena could be in the hands of some geeks holding notebooks and tape recorders, people who cast poll votes.
