Sure, it was windy and wet yesterday, but it's supposed to rain in Seattle this time of year, right?
Right, says meteorologist Larry Kierulff. ``It was a typical December storm,'' he said yesterday. ``It was wetter than most storms, but the wind was not any stronger than a typical frontal passage in December.''
And while the normal high for Dec. 16 is 45 degrees, it was a balmy 53 degrees yesterday at Sea-Tac Airport.
At Fisherman's Terminal, the men working on their drag nets thought the weather was just fine, thank you. To them, the 36-mph gusts felt like a blustery, warm breeze.
