The jury in the fraud case against Gov. Jim Guy Tucker and President Clinton's former Whitewater partners spent five hours yesterday weighing Clinton's word against that of a small-town felon.
The jury was told to resume deliberations this morning, and then take the weekend off if need be.
They began deliberating after the judge said they could consider deals prosecutors made with witnesses in exchange for their testimony.
