Barcelona is all dressed up and some place to go.
Four years ago the Olympics descended on the Mediterranean city, which traces its past to the Phoenicians and Romans. And now it is all the better for it.
With dozens of new hotels, restaurants swathed in their best linen, and plenty of museums, there isn't a better place to visit on the Mediterranean. And that includes the Cote d'Azur.
