Ocean County continues to be one of New Jersey's fastest growing regions, drawing both new residents and business at a swift pace. That has impelled Shenckman/Kushner Affiliates to make a major presence in the area's rental market this year. More than 1,500 apartments in six Ocean County ocations are completed, underway or planned. And all indications point to still more rental units in the not-too-distant future.
Already completed and fully rented are two apartment complexes in Lakewood Township -- the 148-unit Andrews Corner and the 72-unit Shenandoah Village. Under construction is Bey Lea Village in Tom's River where 235 apartments will open in late summer.
