Polensek says projects will stand still if mayor disregards process
Declaring that the White administration has skirted the legislative process to advance favored projects once too often, City Council President Michael Polensek said his body is prepared to sit on those projects -- including an expansion of Cleveland's main airport -- to ensure the mayor's office adheres to city contracting rules.
