Governor's Action Team Already Looking for New Employer to Purchase Building
HARRISBURG, Pa., Aug. 29 /PRNewswire/ --
Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Ridge today directed the Department of Labor and Industry to provide immediate and comprehensive assistance to workers laid off from Dana Corp. in Reading, Berks County.
Additionally, the Governor's Action Team -- economic-development specialists who report directly to Ridge -- already have started the process of locating a new tenant for the facility.
