Latin American Presidents Gather in Brazil For Summit to Discuss Trade, Integration

The presidents of South America's 12 nations are gathering in Brasilia today for the first-ever summit held exclusively for the continent's leaders (OD March31,p4).

Foreign ministers are also attending, though no foreign energy ministers are expected.
