Life Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: LTEK.OB) and Whatman plc (LSE: WHML) today announced their intent to enter into a strategic alliance to commercialize and distribute products derived from Whatman's nucleic acid isolation, purification, and storage technologies. Products and technologies covered under the alliance would be directed at the life science research and genetic and identity testing markets, worldwide.
