MUSCAT, Aug 23 Asia Pulse - Main economic indicators show that Oman's economy is making strides towards recovery from its period of recession, said Minister of National Economy Ahmed bin Abdul Nabi Macki.
In a statement published by Times of Oman, the Minister said that macro economic indicators, and privatisation and diversification efforts by the government all pointed to the gradual pulling away from recession towards recovery.
He described this as "a significant achievement."
