At the August NEC Fair, I found several dealers selling all kinds of specialised Russian objects, from silver teaspoons, their bowls inlaid with views of Russian cities, to gold boxes, letter openers inlaid with gold and pearls and splendid examples of enamelling.
Russian ikons seem to turn up less obviously, but they are around if you search at the top end of the fair and, if my memory serves me correctly, they can be found for less than pounds 1,000.
