What kind of train is The Jacobite?
It's an old fashioned steam train with a big engine in front and traditional carriages behind. The Jacobite is the name of the standard carriages built in the '50s. The steam engine drawing it is called Braveheart and dates from 1951 - one of the last ever steam engines built.
Steam trains disappeared in the early '60s, but for the past five years, the West Coast Railway Company has been keeping the tradition alive.
