Washington ranked among the best states in the country when it comes to laws related to domestic violence.
Washington was one of just five states to receive a ``B'' on a national report card created by the Family Violence Prevention Fund.
Only one state, Pennsylvania, received an ``A.''
The majority of states received Cs and Ds, and Colorado was the only state that failed.
Oregon got a ``D'' and nearly received a failing grade from the San Francisco-based organization for its lack of progress in passing laws that address how doctors and nurses work with victims of domestic violence, as well as legislation that prevents discrimination ...
