Digital Projection, Inc. (DPI) -- a wholly owned subsidiary of Imax Corporation (Nasdaq: IMAX; Toronto: IMX) -- today announced that it has been selected as the exclusive provider of digital projection systems at the Toronto Film Festival. DPI's DLP(TM) technology-based projectors are being used for the second consecutive year at this year's festival taking place in Toronto from September 7-16, 2000. DPI was also the exclusive supplier of digital projection systems to both the Sundance and Telluride Film festivals and was a supplier to previous Cannes festivals.
