Jack Daniel returned to the Hollow this past weekend in Lynchburg (pop. 361), Tenn., to help celebrate his 150th birthday.

Distillery Ambassador Lynne Tolley, who is the great-grandniece of Jack Daniel, and sculptor Alan LeQuire unveiled a new bronze statue of the founder of the nation's oldest registered distillery. Master Distiller Jimmy Bedford joined Tolley for the unveiling. The new 600-pound bronze statue stands in front of the Distillery's Cave Spring and replaces the original Italian marble statue that stood guard since 1941.
