The Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) supports efforts by all retailers to uphold our ratings at the point of sale. Last fall, we participated in the Interactive Digital Software Association (IDSA) initiated "Commitment to Consumer" campaign. As a participant in the campaign, we urged retailers to adopt policies obligating them to make a good faith effort to prevent the sale of Mature and Adult Only product to persons under 17. The ESRB will continue to encourage retailers to adopt appropriate policies that will work in their individual retail environments for the benefit of consumers and businesses alike.
