TRENTON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 8, 2000
The state of New Jersey is the first to establish a trade representative in Greece under the terms of an agreement between the New Jersey Commerce & Economic Growth Commission and the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce announced today at the Thessaloniki International Trade in Thessaloniki, Greece.
"International trade is a cornerstone of New Jersey's economic growth and prosperity, and we are very happy to become the first American State to have a trade representation agreement to promote our businesses and products in Greece and the region," said Governor Christie Whitman.
