Being safe in the kitchen means more than just washing your hands and cleaning your kitchen, according to officials from the Michigan Restaurant Association.
For the fifth year, the Michigan Restaurant Association is participating in a national campaign to clean up kitchens and remind people to cook safely and smartly. This year's theme, "Be smart.
