Silicon Valley Group's (Nasdaq: SVGI) 157 nm lithography program took a major step forward when it received an order for its Micrascan 157 full-field step-and-scan lithography system from the leading Taiwanese pure-play foundry. This is the first lithography order SVG has received from this new customer.
