KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 12 Asia Pulse - The latest Property Stock Report released by Malaysia's National Property Information Centre (NAPIC) said that a total of 124,871 hotel rooms were available in the country during the second quarter of this year, with an occupancy rate of just 48.6 percent against 48.39 percent in the first quarter.
Of the total, 24,922 are five-star hotel rooms, it said.
