St. Paul Venture Capital announced today that Staffan Ericsson has joined the firm as a venture partner. Ericsson will focus primarily on early-stage companies involved with wireless technologies.
Dr. Ericsson is a technology strategy and business consultant with more than 20 years experience in the video and audio communications field. He currently serves as a consultant to RealNetworks (Nasdaq: RNWK) and several other high technology companies and is a director of Avian Communications, GeoVantage Inc. and Billiant AB. Ericsson also serves on the advisory boards of WireEdge, Pingtel and Lexra.
