The total inventory of urea in 19 large and 13 medium nitrogenous fertilizer producers reached 1.9723 million tons by the end of June, an average of 62 000 tons in each producer.
The production and operation situation in these producers is relatively good among the 25 large and 54 medium nitrogenous fertilizer producers in China. Most of the equipment in these producers is introduced from abroad and the production cost is at the medium level. They can represent the overall status of the nitrogenous industry in China today. Most nitrogenous fertilizer producers have a urea inventory with very few exceptions.
