HARTFORD, Conn.--Aetna U.S. Healthcare's selection last week of Dr. John W. Rowe as president and chief executive officer should help the managed care operation repair its troubled provider relationships, analysts say. But Dr. Rowe, a well-regarded executive who most recently was president and CEO of Mount Sinai NYU Health in New York, will face some significant challenges when he assumes his new post Friday, observers note.
