Sep. 16--ANAHEIM, Calif.--Disney is one of several potential buyers of a $2 million-plus property near the theme park's strawberry fields.
The 28,000-square-foot piece of land, with a 6,000-square foot building, at the corner of Harbor Boulevard and Orangewood Avenue, is just down the street from Disneyland's entrance and only two hotels away from the fields where Disney plans to build its third theme park.
Doll City U.S.A., a 20-year-old local business that sells dolls, is the tenant on the property. Doll City's owner, Dale Noble, said he put his lease up for sale after Disney's recent announcement it would build a third theme park possibly a water park ...
