iDigi Communications, LLC announced today the signing of an agreement resulting in a broad-based advisory relationship with The Rothschild Group. The agreement includes the identification of Joint-Venture Partners to deploy the company's proprietary wireless broadband technology, related financing, and the evaluation of other strategic alternatives.
As part of the new relationship, Rothschild is to receive equity interests in each Joint-Venture that iDigi consummates with prospective partners, based upon the value of such venture. Each joint venture arranged by Rothschild requires an independent valuation. The ...
