Brian Bonar, Chairman and CEO, Imaging Technologies Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: ITEC), a pioneer in the development of digital imaging solutions, today announced that Dr. Richard H. Green, an internationally-known leader in technology, has been named to ITEC's Board of Directors.
