The Brazilian Administrative Council for Economic Defense CADE (Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Economica) is to evaluate the request of Camil Alimentos S.A . vice-leader in the domestic rice market, for merging with Josapar (Joaquim Oliveira
Participacoes), leader of the market with Tio Joao. With Josapar' share control, Camil (controlled by the US TCW) would reach a 18% participation and an anual income of R$700mil.
